Drivers traveling east on Patton Avenue will need to use a new route to reach Westgate Parkway after the flyover ramp permanently closed Sunday as part of the Interstate 26 Connector project.
The closure will allow construction crews to continue building the project’s new interchange. Businesses and destinations in the Westgate area will remain accessible during construction.
