POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 7:49pm on July 28th after reports of an assault with injuries on Rainbow Blvd. and Old Falls Street in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller – security from the Culinary Institute – told police that he walked around the corner of the building and saw three teenagers brutally assaulting a 60-year-old male. The teenagers, who remained on scene, said that the older male “hit their vehicle.” The older male initially requested medical attention due to a head injury sustained while he was being punched repeatedly.
Police and medical were responding to the scene when the security guard then called dispatch back again saying that the juveniles and older male agreed to “go their separate ways and handle it [themselves].” No further information is available at this time…
