Spring Harbor at Green Island retirement community in Columbus is on track to be sold to a new owner by the end of this year.
Opening in 2005, Spring Harbor has been owned through a sponsorship by Piedmont Columbus Regional.
Piedmont Columbus Regional spokesman John “JT” Fellows confirmed to the Ledger-Enquirer the buyer is Maxwell Group Inc. and Senior Living Communities, a property management company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed…
