(WGHP) — A bill that could dramatically change North Carolina’s hemp industry is now headed to a study committee, according to lawmakers.
House Bill 328 proposes stricter regulations for “hemp-derived consumable products.” Triad hemp business owners say the change would be detrimental to the industry.
