(WJAR) — West Warwick police said a man and a woman were convicted and sentenced on drug and child endangerment charges after a long-term joint investigation.
Julio E. Rivera and Cecelia Gallucci, both of West Warwick, had been arrested in 2024 after an investigation into distribution of illegal narcotics and unlawful possession of firearms.
According to officials, Rivera pleaded nolo contendere – meaning he accepted a conviction but did not admit guilt – to multiple gun charges, a drug charge, and a child endangerment charge on July 29. Rivera was sentenced to 10 years at the ACI and 25 years of probation…
