This year’s festival runs Aug. 5–18 with the theme “Hit The Hatch Jackpot,” inviting shoppers to bet on green with two weeks of smoky, spicy, only-here-for-a-minute flavor. Grown in New Mexico’s Hatch Valley, these seasonal peppers are famous for their earthy sweetness, signature heat, and cult following — and Central Market knows exactly how to celebrate them.
The shelves are once again stocked with Hatch-spiked favorites and limited-time finds, from the always-beloved Hatch Pepper Tortillas to more than 100 chef-prepared dishes, specialty products, and fiery surprises.
