South Shore Plaza is adding a major new dining destination to its growing roster of retailers and restaurants, with internationally known Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão set to open at the shopping center in spring 2027.
The announcement marks the first South Shore location for the restaurant chain, which has built a global following around its traditional churrasco-style dining experience. Guests are served tableside by gaucho chefs who carve a continuous selection of premium meats, while a Market Table features seasonal salads, fresh vegetables and Brazilian-inspired side dishes.
