ROCHESTER – A Fort Wayne man has been arrested following a high-speed vehicle pursuit in Rochester.
Kylen O. Wells, 27, Fort Wayne, is charged with auto theft, possession of cocaine, and resisting law enforcement, all level 6 felonies; and reckless driving, a class A misdemeanor.
