TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A duplex at the intersection of Wallace and East Manhattan boulevards in north Toledo has sat vacant for roughly seven to eight years, and neighbors say they want answers about what will happen to the property.
Neighbor calls property a ‘blight’
Eleodoro Martinez, who lives near the vacant house, said the property has become both an eyesore and a safety concern.
“It’s kind of a blight area,” Martinez said.
