EUGENE, Ore. — A body was discovered inside a storm drain Thursday morning in a Eugene neighborhood, according to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded around 5:48 a.m. on August 6 after receiving a report that someone had seen what appeared to be part of a foot inside a storm drain.
