BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The third and final defendant charged in the 2020 shooting death of a man outside Central Cali Market accepted a plea deal Wednesday.
Brandon Michael Billingsley, 23, pleaded no contest to murder and gang participation charges and faces 50 years to life in prison at next month’s sentencing hearing, prosecutors said.
