UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio (WJW) — Two people taken into custody after a Wednesday, Aug. 5, shooting outside the Cedar Road Dollar Tree store were released without charges.
About 14 shots were fired at the victim, who police believe was targeted, police said in a Thursday, Aug. 6, update. The 18-year-old man, who was grazed by a bullet, has since been released from the hospital.
