DOVER, Pa. (WHTM) — A York County man is facing federal charges, accused of defrauding an elderly victim out of over $1 Million to buy a commercial property in Kentucky.
William Brenner, 62, of Dover, was indicted Wednesday on federal charges of wire fraud and unlawful monetary transactions in connection with an alleged fraud scheme against an elderly victim.
