OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Oklahoma City police arrested a man they say attacked another man during an argument in northeast Oklahoma City on Sunday evening.
Officers identified the suspect as Anthony Mitchell. Police said the victim’s stomach was cut open near northeast 23rd Street and Interstate 35.
