WASHINGTON — To date, most transit agencies have remained carefully neutral about the Union Pacific-Norfolk Southern merger.
ONE Transit, the agency for Oklahoma City and the surrounding area, is a significant exception.
In a late July filing with the Surface Transportation Board, ONE Transit asked the board to turn down the merger or impose extensive conditions.
