SAN ANTONIO – Tx — It’s been two days since the skeletal remains found at Concepcion Park were identified as 7-month-old Ozana Cisneros who was the center of an Amber Alert.
Ozana’s paternal grandmother Christy Rodriguez is sharing her grief and fear over the safety of Ozana’s 3-year-old sister Eliana. She says Eliana is living in the same home as Maximina who authorities found squatting in an abandoned home near the park where Ozana was found.
“My concerns are my son reached out to Petra,” Rodriguez said. “My son’s incarcerated right now. When he called Maxi answered the phone.”…
