NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — North Charleston Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a vulnerable woman who has been missing for months.
Felecia Ann Shields, 44, was last seen near Horizon Village, which is located on Gullah Avenue, back on May 25.
Shields is described as being 5′4″ and weighing around 180 lbs. She has gray hair and hazel-colored eyes.
