Water main break leaves large hole on West 23rd, Pittsburgh Avenue

Early Friday afternoon, water gushed out of the road on West 23rd and Pittsburgh Avenue in Erie, leaving a massive hole.

According to Erie Water Works, it was caused by a major main break after a pipe went loose.
