(KRON) — A suspected drug dealer was charged with murder Thursday in Contra Costa County. Ulzii Orshikh Batsukh, 26, of Alameda, is accused of selling narcotics laced with fentanyl that killed a 20-year-old Orinda resident in 2024.
Thomas Griffin Wilson died Sept. 21, 2024, and the cause of death was later determined to be acute fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl intoxication, according to the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation led detectives to identify Batsukh as the man who sold the overdose victim the drugs, authorities said. He was taken into custody Thursday morning and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
Batsukh is being held in jail without bail. He is expected to appear in court Friday at 1:35 p.m. for arraignment…
