A 19-year-old waiting to be sentenced as one of the shooters in a triple homicide in 2023has now pleaded guilty to assault charges for attacking another prisoner at the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in 2025.
James Fernandez-Reyes pleaded guilty before Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas Senior Judge Samuel Kline on Thursday, Aug. 6, on charges of assault by prisoner on another prisoner, conspiracy to commit assault on a prisoner, and inmate procure self with weapon.
Fernandez-Reyes is incarcerated in the correctional facility on charges for the fatal shooting of Sebastian Perez-Salome, 9; Jesus Perez-Salome, 8; and Joshua Lugo-Perez, 19; in May 2023. He made an open guilty plea to those homicide charges in June 2026…
