ROANOKE, Va. – The Department of Homeland Security released a statement to 10 News on Friday regarding a Roanoke Restaurant Chef who was detained by ICE.
The DHS released the following statement that reads in full:
On August 4, Roanoke County PD arrested Selvin Alfredo Ramos Perez, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, for public intoxication. On the same day, ICE lodged a detainer with the Roanoke County Jail, who honored the detainer and transferred him into ICE custody.
