WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The chef behind Seabird and Zora’s Market and Kitchen is bringing a historic downtown space back to life with a new sister concept next door.
Dean Neff plans to open “Little Bird” at 9 S. Front St., directly adjacent to Seabird. The new 2,200-square-foot venue will accommodate 55 to 60 seats across a main dining room and a 25-seat bar area. Combined, the adjacent spaces will allow Neff to host events for up to 150 guests.
