ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.
Dewayne Williams, 18, has been missing since Thursday after he left the area of the 2600 block of California Avenue, according to police. Williams has neurodevelopmental issues and may not respond to his name.
