One of Idaho’s best-known beer brands has tweaked its name to reflect an evolving business.
Payette Brewing Company, which opened in 2011 in Garden City before relocating to Boise in 2016, is now Payette Provisions. The rebrand “better reflects who we are today while creating room for where we’re headed tomorrow,” Payette announced Thursday on social media.
Or as founder Mike Francis explained by phone: “We’re not just a beer company. … We are more of a beverage company. We have other things. We have other things in the works.”…
