Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes is again targeting a Tucson mobile home park where she says a failing electrical system has left residents unsafe.
Mayes first filed a consumer fraud lawsuit against the Redwood Mobile Home Park last year. She alleged management failed to inform residents about the park’s faulty electrical system, which resulted in multiple power outages during dangerous summer heat.
