Haritage Market Set To Open In California Convenience Store Space

Haritage Market is preparing to open at 7470 Cherry Ave., Suite 101, Fontana, with the new business expected to launch in September, according to its owner, Sikander Kahlon. He shared with WhatNow that the previous owner then operated the location as an independent convenience store before health issues led him to step away.

Haritage Market will operate as a small neighborhood market focused on everyday necessities. The selection is expected to include milk, eggs, bread, tortillas, cereal, soda, candy, chips, and other grocery items, along with household supplies such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, plates, and cups. The store will also carry beer and other alcoholic beverages.

The market will also retain some of the equipment from the former store, including a coffee machine and pizza oven. However, Sikander said the business is unlikely to focus on prepared food. Instead, it will focus on packaged and ready-to-eat items alongside its grocery and household selection…
