SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — “It was very bad out there. These horses were not cared for properly and there was a lot of neglect,” said Jordan Frey with San Diego Humane Society.
After a long and painful journey from a place called Villa Chardonnay in Julian, these beautiful creatures are slowly but surely bouncing back, here at the Willow Glen Equestrian Center in El Cajon.
With months of medical rehab and tender loving care from the Humane Society, these babies are ready for the next chapter of their lives…
