Two men were arrested following a pursuit involving a stolen vehicle that ended with one of them breaking into an occupied home Wednesday morning in New Castle, Delaware, according to Delaware State Police.
Police said 20-year-old Jakyi Williams and 19-year-old Halil Taylor were arrested after leading troopers on a chase just after midnight on Aug. 5.
