An investigation is underway after a 38-year-old man was struck and killed by a driver in Santa Ana.
On Aug. 7, Santa Ana police were called to a crash on the 200 block of North Harbor Boulevard around 7:52 p.m.
Officers found the victim, a 38-year-old Santa Ana man, lying on the roadway with significant injuries. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead by medical staff…
