Northwood Ravin’s next Ballantyne project could add significant retail and residential uses to The Bowl at Ballantyne.
The Charlotte-based developer’s planned multifamily tower at 14180 Stream Way is expected to have up to 356 units, more than 22,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and podium parking with up to 686 spaces.
