An Orange County resident has filed a lawsuit against Costco following a slip-and-fall incident at the wholesale retailer’s location in The Villages.
Roberto Medina, who lives in Orange County, filed the complaint on June 30, against Costco Wholesale Corporation in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County.
According to court documents, Medina allegedly visited the Costco warehouse located at 675 Tatonka Terrace in The Villages on March 17.
