Five years after Rebecca Malave was struck and killed by a driver in Philadelphia, her family gathered Saturday to remember the 37-year-old mother of two and renew their call for justice.
Malave and her 3-year-old son, Armani, were struck on Aug. 8, 2021, along the 100 block of West Luzerne Street. The driver did not stop.
