Thirteen people have been charged in connection with recent narcotics and weapons operations in San Francisco, District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced Friday.
Twelve of the defendants were arraigned Friday following a Fugitive Recovery Enforcement Team operation on Thursday, and other recent narcotics investigations. Another defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
