New York’s got nothing on Jake Hermann.
The Perrysburg native made the move to Brooklyn in July, 2025, to join the team at Eleven Madison Park in Manhattan. The fine-dining restaurant led by chef Daniel Humm has been named the world’s best restaurant and holds three Michelin stars.
