AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — The 19-year-old accused of fleeing after a crash that sent a fuel truck into the ABC 7 studios has been accused of three other crimes in the past seven weeks.
Elijah Rey Garcia was arrested July 15 on charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.
