WATERLOO, Neb. (WOWT) – Douglas County Authorities were dispatched to the Elkhorn river Saturday afternoon after reports of tubers being stuck.
Crews were at the scene of the Elkhorn River Maple Access Site Saturday afternoon after a round of storms came through the metro.
The Waterloo Fire Chief told First Alert 6 one man was taken to the hospital after nearly drowning in the river. His condition is currently unknown…
