SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — For most of the year, schools are filled with students–but this summer some have been busy with construction workers.
“It’s a good time because we have no students. We don’t have staff members that we can work with–We need to work around,” SFSD Director of Operational Services, Jeff Kreiter said.
