COEUR D’ALENE, ID — A 36-year-old Spokane man died Saturday afternoon following a drowning at City Beach in Coeur d’Alene.
At approximately 1:15 p.m., Coeur d’Alene Police officers responded to the docks at Independence Point after receiving a report of a man in distress who had been submerged underwater for an extended period of time.
