Erie police have charged two people in connection with Friday’s shooting at a local auto parts store.
Police said they took 22-year-old Eliezel Rodriguez into custody and charged her with attempted homicide, aggravated assault and other related offenses for the shooting at the Auto Zone on the corner of Broad Street and Fairmount Parkway.
One sent to the hospital after shooting on Erie’s east side
Erie police were called to the Auto Zone at the corner of Fairmount Parkway and Broad Street around 5 pm Friday, with witnesses telling us two people were arguing before one pulled a gun and fire several rounds at the victim.
Police identified the victim on Sunday as a 20-year-old male, saying he suffered serious but seemingly non-lifethreatening injuries…
