Something new appears to be on the horizon for a popular Memphis shop. K2’s Dream House, a concept focused on supplying all of shoppers’ wig needs, has been issued a certificate of occupancy for a new location.
The Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development issued the business, capably helmed by Lakedra Rhodes, its certificate of occupancy for a 2951 S Third Street storefront on August 5.
