MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) -The Mobile County Commission is looking at improvements to the Jon Archer Agricultural Center.
County officials say the improvements include a new outdoor horse arena, a paved parking lot and access drive, parking lot for trailers, and new security gate/fence around the perimeter.
