Deputies are searching for a suspect who grabbed a woman’s purse and fled an Oviedo Walmart in a vehicle today. The incident occurred at approximately 8:20 a.m. at the store on Deep Lake Road.
The crime is classified as a robbery by sudden snatching. Investigators state that the victim was walking into Walmart when an unknown suspect grabbed her purse and then fled the area by entering a nearby vehicle.
