ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The elevators at Pinnacle Apartments in Rochester went out again on Sunday morning, leaving some people stranded for hours.
News10NBC’s Declan Stablow was at the scene and spoke with neighbors. People who live there said the fire alarm went off around 6 a.m. Then the power went out. With elevators not working, some people living on the upper floors had no way of getting out.
Many of the neighbors are seniors or have disabilities. One woman said she didn’t have power for her oxygen tank…
