Central NY man was out on bail for domestic violence arrest when he killed parents and himself, deputies say

Madison, N.Y. — A man who deputies say shot and killed his parents before killing himself in Madison County had been arrested on domestic violence-related charges about a week earlier but was released from jail after posting bail.

Justin Sislo, 35, was arrested July 29 by Madison County Sheriff’s Office deputies on 24 charges stemming from a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Capt. Jonathan Morticelli, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office, told syracuse.com | The Post-Standard Sunday.
