LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Inmates were switched to water bottles and portable toilets after a water line break at the Nebraska State Penitentiary on Thursday.
The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services said on Sunday that a pair of water line breaks had affected a significant portion of the penitentiary.
