LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Sixteen people were displaced after a fire spread through a two-story apartment building in the Las Vegas valley Sunday morning, according to the Clark County Fire Department.
Firefighters were called to the Sonterra Apartments at 5050 Tamarus Street near Reno Avenue around 7:10 a.m. on Sunday and arrived about 4 minutes later.

The first crew on scene found a fire that started in a first-floor apartment, then spread to a second-floor apartment and into a shared attic space, according to the fire department.
