Child hurt after shots fired into East Nashville home

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An investigation is underway after a child was injured when multiple gunshots were fired into a home in East Nashville early Monday morning.

Officers were called to a duplex in the 1600 block of Treutlan Place, which is near McFerrin Park, around 2:30 a.m.

According to Metro police, the child was hit in the leg after someone fired multiple rounds into the home. The victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries…
