NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 42-year-old man has been charged with multiple felonies, accused of threatening law enforcement during his arrest Sunday afternoon.
Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department were called to an intersection about two blocks about two blocks southwest of Broadway to help the Nashville Fire Department with an intoxicated man.
When officers arrived at the intersection of Church St and 4th Ave N, Joseph Falkenstein tried to run from the area.

According to arrest documents, officers soon found Falkenstein urinating on a nearby sidewalk. Metro Police took him into custody, reporting that he had an open bottle of Jack Daniels Whiskey in his pocket and was unsteady on his feet…
