HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) – Early Monday morning, around 3:00 a.m., the Hopkinsville Police Department responded to a shots fired call in the 500 block of West 16th Street.
When officers arrived, they located a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds in both arms. Officers immediately began medical aid processes until Hopkinsville Fire and EMS arrived on the scene.
