A man accused of repeatedly firing at another driver during a Lower Bucks County road rage encounter pleaded guilty to nine charges, including two felony counts of aggravated assault, and avoided prosecution on attempted murder.
Christopher Corbi, 41, who has recent addresses in Warringtown and Upper Southampton townships, entered the pleas last Wednesday before Bucks County Common Pleas Judge Wallace Bateman Jr. The charges included aggravated assault under circumstances demonstrating extreme indifference to human life and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Corbi also pleaded guilty to misdemeanor counts of propelling a missile into an occupied vehicle, possessing an instrument of crime, possessing a weapon, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence…
